After spending hours and hours on live chat I've got nowhere which this problem, as they say this missed payment doesn't exists on their system. Their has been no payment arrangement made for this amount for this date, also the date was the 5th of Aug yesterday when I looked yesterday. I don't understand how they can't see it and explain where it came from.
