I bought a new pay as you go sim ,switching to 3 (regrets) today and my mobile data doesn’t work after topping up £10 and buying a £15 data pack. Nothing sends/loads and the £10 credit was used within 4mins without using my phone? Not happy don’t recommend

Does the Data pack show as active, and had you registered with My3 when purchasing it?
Were you able to make texts or calls at all?
