Mobile data on new phone

I’ve transferred all my new data on my phone yesterday including my sim which an advisor said would work straight away it still not working I can’t contact 3 bc it won’t let me I don’t live in a rural area I’ve done all the trouble shooting including resetting my network a handful of times I’m really getting cross I don’t what else to do

To confirm, you moved your SIM from the old phone into the new phone? If so, what is happening with the network connection? What's the status?
