Sorry to hear you're having trouble with connecting from Egypt. We do offer roaming services there, but I'm not too clear from your post what's happened.
Did you receive a message explaining that you don't have data to use there? Or are you unable to connect to the network over there?
As general advice, if you're on a plan which doesn't have inclusive passes, you may need to check your spend limit as the Daily Roaming Charge in Egypt is £7.
If it doesn't seem to be the spend limit which is the issue, it may be the background credit limit on your account. In that case you'd need to get in touch, so that we can check your account to make sure there's no blocks or limits stopping you from connecting.

However I'd recommend to make sure you can get connected first before purchasing these.
