Sorry to hear you've been having trouble with your data connection. It's fairly unlikely to be a local issue if your wife is using her Three SIM in the same location, but it may be worth checking if there's any known issues on our Network Status Checker.
On your phone, I'd recommend to try a reboot, toggling mobile data off and on, and toggling airplane/flight mode on and off. If these don't help, you can also try resetting your network settings, but please be aware that this does forget saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections, so we generally recommend this one last.
It's also worth logging into My3 to check you still have sufficient allowances.

Thanks for reply, it was sorted with three over the phone , I had to do a factory reset and it all works fine now
