No Internet Again.

  • Since signing up with 3 in June this year, this is the second time I have had no Internet. No TV, no music etc. Despite assurances that the signal where I live is excellent. That is far from reality. I have  currently got one bar and at best it only gets to two.

I can understand the fustration, but cellular signal strenght and quality are bit like you broadband wifi... if you have to many walls, trees,other... and even if coverage check shows excellent that doesn't mean you will get good signal. 
If you are not happy and you are able to show to Three support or corstumer services, as this is a users community, that your service is unusable maybe you can move on without paying cancellaton fees...

Thanks, certainly worth considering and once I get my internet back I'll look at my options. Frustrating in this day and age though.
