I seem to be able to text and call but not able to use whatsapp or use amazon prime or u tube. Everyone else in Dorking that I work with who are with a different provider seem to be ok. Can Three update their network status so that we don't have to google to see if it is a widespread problem and a likely timeline for the fix

You can check our Network Status Checker here. If the issues are persisting today try toggling airplane/flight mode on and off, and rebooting your device. Let us know if this helps.
