Hello there.
If there's data left in the addon, there could by a few things that would impact your ability to get connected. It's worth checking to make sure the mobile data setting hasn't been disabled. It could also be that the device is having issues, and restart could help resolve it. another possible cause for the issue could be a network issue within the specific area you're trying to connect within. You can check for issues using the Service Status page.
Hopefully one of these things helps you find the problem. If not though, you might need to speak to the Support Team as Paddiewack suggested, as they are the only people who can actually access your account and check things out for you.
