No network service

The last 2 months  or so the network service has been awful for 2 weeks I had one bar service I wasn't able to text make or receive calls  it came back non to 4 bars for 2 days then went back to 1 bar for 3 weeks  I contacted 3 they said it was a problem with a mast in my area but it will be fixed by the next day .they offered me. 1 pound credit on my bill 😂 I have 3 contracts with them for my family non of them we have been able to make or receive calls on I've missed important hospital phone appointments because of it . The next day the network bar went back up again this lasted 5 days then again it dropped to 1 bar for 3 days then came back on I've just gone to make a phone call and noticed again that there's only one bar and I cannot make any phone calls or receive any I've checked all the other phones that are with three too and they are all the same .it's becoming extremely annoying in missing important phone calls in paying for a service I'm not receiving .when I spoke to someone at three they said your still getting a service you can use WiFi to use your phone 😂 yeah a WiFi i pay another company for. The last 2 months I've had use of around 2 weeks of all the services on my phone the rest I haven't been able to call out receive calls use my data completely waste of money .is anyone else having this problem

Welcome to the Three Community. 

It's disappointing to hear you're having intermittent issues with your connection there. It seems strange that the issue keeps returning in that way. Since you have Wifi, it might be worth checking to make sure your Wifi calling service is enabled on the phone. This will allow you to make and receive phone calls even if the mast is offline, and should hopefully keep you connected while the issue is properly resolved.
