For at least 3 weeks I have had no 3/4/5g signal in my hometown of Lechlade, Gloucestershire. If I am outside of my house (where I can WiFi call) I am un-reachable, same for my husband and 13yo daughter.
Network status checker provides generic "we are aware of a problem in your area"
How do I get more details on what has happened and when it will be fixed?

Hi Jonathan, thanks for checking. We are still experiencing issues and when I do the Network Status Checker I am still faced with the same default message of 'We're working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment'
I have tried contacting the help team but so far, not much further. The operator kept sharing the 'check coverage' information which states good 4G without checking the ACTUAL network status...so frustrating!

That's not so great, that's quite a long time for the issue to remain. In order to get more information, you would need to speak to the support team directly. You can do that on chat, or by giving them a call.
