Tried to call a "missed call". Was informed by system "voice" that I didn't have enough credit to make said call and that I had to "top up". That's strange since I have an unused 40Gb Data Pack loaded, with unlimited calls and texts [within the month] The number was a normal UK area code as far as I could see.

Hi @Scott18,
That's quite odd. Can you let us know the first 5 digits of the number you were trying to call? That should tell us enough to determine whether it's a chargeable number.
If you test a call to other numbers are they working okay for you?
