No signal no network from mid of December

From mid of December there is no signal in my area HP3.

this is ridiculous not a week not a month it is going for second month. I can't be in touch with my family due recent emergencies this is ridiculous. when this issue will be finally fixed. This is the only network which it is not working in this area

That's not so great. It wouldn't be possible to determine what's happening locally from Community. You can use the service status page to see if there's any known issues in the area, and updates may be provided through that page. 

If that doesn't provide any info, or the issue hasn't been recorded there, it would be best to reach out to the support team on chat or by calling, and reporting the issue to them.
