O2 to Three Porting - Unable to receive text messages

Hi team 

I had my number ported from O2 to Three on the 18th and I am unable to receive text messages. My phone cannot be reached as I need to add the number back to my Apple account, but because I am not receiving the codes from Apple, I cannot add the number. I need help!

Hello there.

Is it just apple you're having issues receiving texts from? Or are you having issues receiving texts from other numbers? What about calls, are those coming through ok? If you make a call to another person, does your correct number show up?
