Fell for the sales patter from instore assistant manager
went in with a happy ID MOBILE phone sim unlimited data and would just iphone hotspot at home
came out with THREE 5G home hub and THREE phone sim unlimited data for existing phone
promised no changes to the phone position - and already on ID MOBILE was happy with coverage
in store so went away with both sims - ready for next day back end porting
now OTP codes either dont arrive or arrive so late not usable
don't even get THREE own OTP text to enter their online chat
even when phone on wifi to their 5G hub that is the same connection for the chat itself - which doesn't drop
last time 20.12 THREE own OTP sent - didnt arrive until 20.51 and in their chat all that time on their own 5G hub
how can connection be any issue ?
days now and still not sorted
ID Mobile use THREE network - just better people then ?

I'm sorry to hear you've had some problems receiving OTP since joining Three.
When was your switch completed? Have you experienced any other problems with receiving calls or texts from friends/family, or other contacts?
Does this only occur with OTPs specifically with Three?
Please reset your network settings on the device to see if this helps. You can do this via:
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Please note, this may delete Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connections/passwords.

port started 23oct25 and sim swapped
told all background issues would have fully completed by 11nov25 at latest
other OTP from santander, hmrc, virgin money, tresorit, tesco have same
normal texts and calls seem OK but i dont know when people are sending those - unlike OTP where i know when i order and if at all or how late they arrive
already been tricked into a network reset in chat - who didnt tell me would loose wifi passwords - so good to see you on community are highlighting the impact
