I live in a rural area on the outskirts of Derby and always have had a very poor signal fluctuating between - 108 dBm and -115 dBm with download speeds of between 2 Mpbs and 15 Mbps using a ZTE MC 801a router.
On several occasions nearly every day my router tells me “ NO INTERNET CONNECTION “. If I contact 3 mobile they tell me they’re not aware of any problems in my post code and would I like to be transferred to the CANCELLATION Dept.
I know EE have just erected a new mast one and half miles away from me but not live yet. Does anyone know if 3 and EE share masts. I don’t know wether to wait to see if things improve for me or change providers.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello there.
Those speeds aren't great. It sounds like since no issues could be found, it's likely just a limitation of the current service in that area. Masts can be shared in some cases, but I'd avoid using that as a factor in your decision making as even though the mast is recently up, it can take many months for new masts to go Live. If you're thinking of looking at other providers, it would be best to test the ones you're considering to ensure they are offering an improvement over what you're getting now.
Pete.

Thanks Pete for your reply and advice, I’m going to give it a few weeks / months as this as been like it now since what seems like forever but as seemed to have got worse over this year. I’ll give it time for Vodafone + 3 to get organised hoping their rural coverage will improve, if not I will go when EE’s mast is live go to EE and get a months pay as you go SIM only and give them a go. What have I got to loose.
Thanks again 👍👍
