Hello, I hope someone has more information to help… for 3 days now, during the day the 4G signal from our local mast in Bude has dropped from full signal to just 2 bars. At the same time data *stops*. It doesn’t go slow, it stops. Not just on my phone, but 3-4 others that I’ve checked around the area. Seen engineers on the mast 2 days, but not today, despite having the same sorts of issues. 3 support says “There is a problem, we don’t know what it is, and we don’t know when it will be fixed”. Then a different 3 support person said it was because “it gets busy during the day”, and a different person again said “it might be like this for 28 days”. Wondering REALLY, what’s happening?

Which I’ve done. They said there was ‘an issue’. No more details available… they did offer to cancel my account though, which isn’t exactly ‘thanking me’ for more than 2 decades as a customer!

I did contact the complaints team… they said ‘there was an issue’. No more details at all… and offered to cancel my account (which I’ve had for more than 2 decades!)
