Really bad signal and 5g

Since the merger with Vodafone, my signal has been terrible, struggle to make phone calls with 90% of them cutting off saying network busy. And my 5g speeds have been terrible. I'm paying for a service that I can't use

My coverage has been absolutely appalling since the merger. I used to have consistently good 5g coverage and I now have almost none. It’s just disappeared. Three need to sort this fast otherwise I’m moving as soon as I’m out of contract - I don’t have a functional mobile phone any more and there’s no point paying for that!

Same as. Time to dump 3 and will probably go to EE. Was in London the other weekend. Couldn’t even get a signal up there. Unbelievable. Dreadful mobile service now.

Hi @Jjpe 

if you have spoken with costumer services and your service is really bad I would say that you have arguments to leave without paying cancellation fees... I'm sure if you mention to them they will understand.

Same here home broadband a joke nevera problem until the vodaphone merger

I'm having the same problem. Terrible signal. Very rarely have full bars nowadays. My data keeps dropping out too. It's way worse recently. Been with Three for 20 years and it's never been worse unfortunately. I'm considering cutting my losses. I have work devices on EE & Vodafone which are fine.

Absolutely rubbish reception. Cannot wait to leave 3 and get mobile reception that actually works without losing calls, mobile data. Since the merger 100% got worse .

Same thing here, I was expecting the signal  to get better not worse.
