Since the merger with Vodafone, my signal has been terrible, struggle to make phone calls with 90% of them cutting off saying network busy. And my 5g speeds have been terrible. I'm paying for a service that I can't use

Same as. Time to dump 3 and will probably go to EE. Was in London the other weekend. Couldn’t even get a signal up there. Unbelievable. Dreadful mobile service now.

if you have spoken with costumer services and your service is really bad I would say that you have arguments to leave without paying cancellation fees... I'm sure if you mention to them they will understand.

I'm having the same problem. Terrible signal. Very rarely have full bars nowadays. My data keeps dropping out too. It's way worse recently. Been with Three for 20 years and it's never been worse unfortunately. I'm considering cutting my losses. I have work devices on EE & Vodafone which are fine.

Absolutely rubbish reception. Cannot wait to leave 3 and get mobile reception that actually works without losing calls, mobile data. Since the merger 100% got worse .

We're still in very early stages of the network improvements following the merger, so it's unlikely that this has any relation.
I'm sorry to hear that your signal has been worse than usual lately. Can you let us know a bit more about what you've been experiencing? E.g. have you been unable to pick up signal in spaces where you could before, or have there been issues with making/receving calls, or with data speeds?
