Hi,
I use an iPhone 13. My plan includes for 56 days roaming abroad. But when I am abroad (Europe) I never get any signal at all. (I end up having to buy esims)
Any suggestions? Thanks

1) Check that data roaming is enabled on your account and device
2) Ensure your Spend Cap isn't set to zero
3) Check that your Credit Limit isn't set to £1

Thanks for the response. I’ve checked those things. It would appear I have to choose a network manually.
