Visual Voicemail - am I missing something?

Hi all,

I recently moved from O2 hoping to have a better experience. Does 3 have iphone visual voicemail or do I need to send a text to get it active? 

Any advice would be appreciated.

Three as far as I know do not  support visual voicemail but if you switch off the standard Three voicemail service you can enable live voicemail via your iPhone settings. But if you have an Android phone you’re out of luck.

I’m afraid you need to contact customer service either via 333 or live chat and ask them to remove voicemail. You then enable live voicemail via settings/phone/live voicemail. This applies to iPhone only!

Well that is not good, in 2025 for a major airtime supplier not to support technology released ten years ago is shockingly bad. Not impressed.
