for the past 5/6 days ive had to reboot my rooter 20/30 times a day im getting no signal messages , on the 18/06 you emailed me saying you have merged with vodafone  if this issue isnt sorted on the next 7 days  i will be cancelling my payment to you

Firstly we’re not customer service. This is a public discussion forum made up of Three customers like yourself so I personally couldn’t give a monkeys doodah if you cancel your payment. You could,however check the Three status page for any tech issues in your area because the merger will have  no impact on your service. Customer service is available by calling 333. Best of luck.
