Been on three for years now theres some areas where it doesnt have a signal and everytime internet crashes phone calls always doeant have good reception then if you wanna cancel the contract they want to get paid £400 for the s**t service and customer service absolutely useless they told me to wait for a week to have mobile data like, why am I paying for this every month and couldnt change a provider I would stay but this almost everytime internet disappears even being on unlimited data

I understand it's frustrating to experience a loss of signal and low coverage.
How long has this been happening? When did you last chat to Customer Services?
Did the team advise that you'd have to pay a cancellation fee, and were any checks completed on their end?
