Was in Glasgow today and was shopping in one of your three shops but when to pay was told they don't accept cash a joke the shop assistant told me it has been in force since June why couldn't three send a email or text to customers telling us about this I am 70 year old disabled pensioner and don't have a credit card I was always told cash was king a joke and a waste day for me so please accept cash from me and thousands of pensioners your Thoughts
I too am a pensioner and always pay by DEBIT card. Cash is expensive to handle for any company and given that this practice has been in force for nearly a year and you’ve only just become aware,it doesn’t seem to have impacted you that much.
