I just bought a £10 payg SIM card but it’s telling me my balance is zero credit. Surely I haven’t paid £10 just for a SIM card!
No absolutely not! You should have £10 calling credit on your sim. If you can;connect to WiFi and start a live chat with customer service. Before you do that just check your balance as there may be a delay in applying your credit.
