Charged 5 times for 1 top up

Hi,I was charged 5 times for 1 top up. I contacted customer service through the chat and they told me to email proofs@3mail.com. I emailed them almost 3 weeks ago and have not received a response. Any help would be appreciated.

Topped up today - not showing or activating.
