I understand it must be frustrating if money has been taken and you've not been reached out to for further support with this.
Do you know what this amount was charged for? Was further info given on it when you initially reached out?

You and all you fellow accusers should pass your accusations to the police if you’re so convinced the word “stolen” is appropriate. In other words put up or shut up because I for one don’t believe that any “theft” has manifested.

and why do you insist on being so rude? You are aware that the Help pages link to this forum and it uses Three's log in system (same as we use to access our account). It's not beyond possibility that some people may mistakenly believe this as a live customer support and after logging into Three, think that there customer records are available. Given the frequency this happens on this forum, I think someone at Three needs to look into WHY customers are doing this.

Oh stop talking utter crap. I’m always polite and respectful to people whom I think have a genuine issue with the network. But there are so many people who come on here to chance their arm and use their contribution to this forum as leverage to assail their own shortcomings. I say what I bet the moderators would occasionally like to say but if I believe that I can help someone then I’ll do so in a polite and respectful way. Stop trying to build and maintain your own egotistical shortcomings. All you do is copy what I and other people post although (occasionally) I’ll give you a like when you enter an alternative algorithm and say something original. So my message to you is shut up and keep your contributions factual and stop trying to get chancers on your side, Oh and mate get a life.

Yes, I can see you are always polite, respectful and address the issues at hand, never throwing personal insults.
So let me repeat why I posted on the topic. New posters might be under the impression that this public forum is a private discussion space where Three staff have access to their records (ie have an insight to the problem they are having). The forum requires you log in with Three customer details, and given the frequency that this type of thing happens (it appears to me that happens more here that other mobile providers). I don't believe this genuinely held opinion to be "crap", merely posing it as the reason why some genuine customers might be asking questions such as this one on a public forum. A respectful response would be to point out that it is a public forum, we are not employed by Three and can not see customer records, and signpost the customer to where they can get help.
Regarding your other comments, I will copy you if you give helpful advice, I will like you if I think you have given useful feedback, that is I believe forum policy? I will shut up, if and when told to by a moderation team member and thank you very much for you advice and concern regarding my life.
