It seems like a common issues that three claimed that they have not received the device when it showed delivered, they said they have raised a case and someone will contact me soon but I have not receive update so I just contact them and they just told me not received! I’ve send them the proof of delivery now , Does anyone know what will happen next? (Since they have already charged me, they are not contacting me back after raising the case, no one contact me saying they have not receive the device until just now when I reached out… poor cs

Hello there.
Welcome to Three Community.
It's difficult to know what will happen next as there's no way to know what the support team are currently seeing or doing on the account. After sending in the proof, the team would normally use that to track down the device, and once they have located it, a refund can be arranged. Hopefully the device will be found soon so you can get your refund sorted.
