Does anybody know email address to customer service. Chat assistant asked me to send something but didn't give me email address to send the info to. pleaseeee

Hello,

I am facing a problem with my Three SIM. The network signal in my area is very weak, and I often have no service or very slow internet. Because of this, I am unable to use my phone properly.

 

Also, I feel that my current plan is quite expensive considering the poor network quality. Please check my account and let me know if there are any better or cheaper plans available.

 

Kindly look into the network issue in my area and help me resolve this as soon as possible.

I have sent the proof  of postage and delivery now, hopefully  that is the end of it .thanks
