£3 roaming offer

Hi I've been offered roaming for an extra £3 a month on top if my plan price,but no one at 3 seems anke to find the offer, anyone had any success in getting the offer added to their account

Is this offer open to existing and new Lite Plan customers?

Offer valid for Lite customers who have more than 12 months remaining on their plan,
