I have had an email and message that my query has been updated but I cannot find where to access it. A few people have said that the feature isn't working anymore. All I need is my box and label to send off my old phone as it wasn't send out to me and I have 2 days until the offer is retracted 🙃

It's no longer possible to view queries via your My3 dashboard, and it's been flagged for this notification to be fixed to no longer indicate as such.
