Cancelled my Three 5G Broadband a few weeks ago. I've contacted Customer support 3 times now and each time they say I will receive a QR code by Email but still haven't had anything. I can see this has been as issue for others as well. Anyone able to help? @JonathanB

Hello there.
It's disappointing to hear you're having issues receiving it. It might be worth checking that the team have the correct email for you, and the correct spelling. It might also be worth checking junk mail in case it's been diverted to there.
If you've done all that, it might be worth asking the team to send out a physical return package instead.
