Account in credit

Hi I have cancelled my contract at and I am in credit, how do I get the money back please?

Hi @NL42,

Credit refunds are processed automatically for cancelled accounts. You should receive this within 14 days of your final bill being issued. We can't view account details like your balance from the Community, but If you need to double check anything feel free to get in touch here.
