To the best of my knowledge you need to do it through customer service. I say that because having just checked you can’t do it via the Three app.

@Paddiewack is spot on here, you're unable to change your email address on the app or website. You'd have to contact our Customer Support Team to have this updated on your account. This doesn't take long at all to do.
