Hello there.
You'll need a PAC in order to port the number over to Three. You will need to contact the other provider to ask for that. I'm unsure if they will still be able to do that if the account is closed already, but on Three a number can be recovered if it's processed within 30 days of it closing, so perhaps your old provider will do the same. Then you can contact the Three Team and give them the PAC and phone number that you're moving, and the number will be transferred.
