We've received a few reports of issues logging into the Three App, and the relevant team are working on this as a priority. It looks like logging in from the https://three.co.uk on a browser is working fine.
What was happening when you tried to chat, was this from the App also or on a browser?

The app hasn’t been working for quite a while now and I’ve seen no updates as to its reinstatement. As for chat I’m guessing it’s the same issue. Keep occasionally trying is the way to go I suppose.
