I need help with my billing. I have no idea why I am paying so much for my phone every month.

Sorry to hear that your bills have been higher than expected. We're happy to discuss this on the Community, however we can't access or share your bills from here.
The best first step would be to download your bills by logging in on our main three website, or on the Three App. Then you can check the bill breakdown and itemised sections to get an idea of what is your airtime plan charges, and if you have any recurring add ons, or any charges which are premium or not included in your plan.
We'll be happy to answer any general questions if you describe any bill charges you're not familiar with, or as @Paddiewack suggests, you may find it easier to speak to customer services so that they can go through the bill alongside you.
