I am being told that i still owe the full amount on my contract when I have been making payments every month.
Please may this be fixed as soon as possible because I shouldn't have to pay when I already have. I have added up what I have paid and the total SHOULD be £404.69 left.
I have sent the correct people all evidence of payments made. So, hopefully this will get resolved.

I know this is confusing if the amount you've paid doesn't match what you're being told is outstanding.
There can sometimes be misunderstandings when you have both an Airtime and Device plan running concurrently, which have separate direct debits, but we don't have account access here to check on this and clarify why you've been advised this.
I'm glad that you've been able to send across evidence already 🙂
You should receive a follow-up once this has been checked, but feel free to touch base with Customer Services if you don't hear back within a week or so.

I too share your hope but this isn’t customer service so you’ll need to direct your enquiry to them by calling 333.
