Ive been paying for paramount plus every month on my bill but I have no idea how to log in or VAT devils to use accordingly

When Paramount+ was added to your account, you should have received an activation text with some guidance on getting this set up.
There's usually an additional follow up text as a reminder.
If you don't have this set up, please chat with Customer Services, who can look at getting this redemption resent 🙂
