Bought a 100GB data pack, and it wasn’t added to my number even though I was logged in. Is this normal? I’m afraid that they’re gonna deliver a new SIM or something instead of adding info into my existing number

Hmm, that's not great! When you check your account via the app, does this show the data pack has been added? This should show you the orders placed etc.
