Caffè Nero codes £1 release time changed? (Midnight vs 7am)

Hi everyone,

Has anyone else noticed a permanent change in when the Caffè Nero codes go live on the Three+ app?

For over a year, I’ve been able to claim them bang on midnight every Monday without fail. However, ever since the "Free Coffee Week" in December

• 15th – 21st December: Free barista-made drink at Caffè Nero

, the timing seems to have totally shifted. A lot of users on different forums reported they could not claim them at midnight. 

For the past 3 weeks, the codes haven't been appearing until after 6am (usually around 7am).

Note all other Rewards reset at midnight on Monday every week.

Does anyone know if this is a temporary glitch following the December promo, or have Three officially changed the release time to the mornings? Just trying to figure out if I can stop checking at midnight!

I checked mine at 6.40am this morning (2-3-26) and found the week before one which was valid until 30th May still there and presumably still valid. However, upon checking later today, that one has gone and the ones for this week are all used up. It's so annoying when they make this kind of error.

I've also noticed that the cineworld vouchers don't come through at midnight, but later in the day on Monday.

Annoyingly I’ve found that they are now appearing around 4am. Other companies who offer free coffee vouchers have changed the hours after complaints they were all gone by the time most normal people wake up…
