I want to cancel my auto top up but all I get is "System error: We are unable to process your order at this time. Please try again" and when I try again the screen just goes blank. This has been happening for 3 days already, I've tried everything from calling them to email them but didn't receive anything reply. And now I have to temporarily freeze my card so that the app won't charge me.
