I have seen post from moderator. I needed to make an important telephone call today had I not tried this I would not have known. My Internet is perfectly fine as this isn't with 3. There are no network issues in the area so what is the issue please? I tried online chat which was a total waste of time. When is this going to be resolved?
Same here in Leeds. It's impossible to make or receive calls in Leeds since 8am, I have tried everything in the FAQs (go to plane mode and back, restart phone, wifi calling on and off), but nothing.
Unable to make or receive calls in North Norfolk and yet the network checker on 3 says there are no issues. I’m currently recovering from recent surgery on three broken bones in my ankle and was trying to call my surgery to request pain relief medication but obviously am unable to. Such poor service from 3 and very little in updates
