Its 605pm and STILL not able to call or receive calls. PLEASE when will this be fixed i missed a VERY important Drs call, only just joined 3 an so unimpressed did NOT expect this to last all day. Im in Brighton.

I'm sure you're up to your eyeballs in it at the moment @JonathanB but a little bit more of an update would be most appreciated. It would also be nice if you could relay back to the powers that be that whilst text and e-mail services still appear to be working it might be an idea to inform your customer base of the outage on voice services. I'm sure the vast majority of users don't necessarily know there is any issue whatsoever, probably just a slow news day where they weren't expecting any calls. But as you can see in this thread there are a lot of people that have been severely affected by the disruption of service.

Cannot make calls or receive calls. Its been all day and it's still not fixed. Ive reset my phone twice and still nothing. Very concerning as I have two very young children and the nursery hasn't been able to get hold of me. 

Can someone please tell me what is going on or how to fix said problem

I am unable to make calls or receive calls, reports say it’s over 79% if your customers that have experienced this today, and in your statement “only a small percentage are effected” I will be hunting compensation for the constant issues I’ve been having since day one! Absolutely awful service

Hi Jonathan,

This issue has been ongoing for over 7 hours now. Could you please advise on the root cause and give us an estimate on how long it might take to resolve? Many of us rely heavily on mobile connectivity for our livelihoods, so a bit more clarity would be greatly appreciated.

At the moment, there are no visible network errors, but incoming calls are still not working.
