I have been trying to make outgoing calls all day but doesn't seem to work

I can’t receive or make any calls, impacting my business none of my clients are able to call me!

Having issues in my household who are all on three and can't make phone calls to anyone

Totally agree. All that have been affected should be compensated - not even able to call for an ambulance or emergency services

And let us not forget people with anxiety - I was going to call in sick at work as I thought there was something wrong with my phone - spent ages troubleshooting and trying to reboot. I have been unable to concentrate all day due to having no access to making calls or receiving calls

Hi @JonathanB . Any chance you could provide a one line status update at least e.g. "Fix still in progress and should be resolved within next [x] hours" or "Fix still in progress but no idea by when it will be resolved".

I hope the relevant stakeholders at Three do understand that this outage since around 8 am today has affected vast majority of customers like myself who rely on the ability to make\receive calls for the work. Also a lot of us would have missed making urgent calls to hospitals\GPs\schools etc or might have missed urgent calls too. So could you please share the website link to raise a complaint ticket to ensure appropriate compensation is provided by Three for this sudden outage that lasted for throughout the normal business work hours with still no update on when it will be fixed.

We're continuing to work on an issue affecting voice services which started earlier today. A small number of text messages are also being affected by the issue. Data services are working normally. We know how frustrating this is, and we're so sorry for any inconvenience caused.
