Hi 

I am having problem with calls today. I can't make calls or receive calls. Mobile network is working fine. The coverage shows excellent in my area. I was on the live chat on my phone in the queue but it just disappeared and now it shows I have to sing again. Now it seems like the live chat is not working either.

Do you have an update?

Same issues in Lisburn Northern Ireland.

not great as use phone for work.

Also having the same issue. Bit worrying as I was relying on receiving a phone call to pick up an ill relative this morning. When they thought I was ignoring them they started walking home on their own, thankfully I found them after driving around for a while. came back and tried multiple devices to connect but unable to, tried all the turning off/ons etc, then ended up here.

Hopefully it won't be down for too long...

According to the 3 network checker there are no issues in my area which is clearly wrong.  I am currently at home on my own following surgery on multiple breaks in my ankle and am unable to make or receive calls as I no longer have a land line.  This happened not too long ago and took ages to fix and updates were few and far between.  I think when my contract is up it will be time to look for a new provider.
