i cant make any call or receive them. says i have full signal but maybe something within three is broken.

please get this sorted quickly.

Same here in Chesterfield.  Same for son in Sheffield.  Will we be getting a reduction in our our bills as we're paying for a service that we're not getting . Unfortunately stuck with it for another 2 years
