Same here! Totally agree about compensation as we are paying premium prices for crap service that has in my case carried on to Saturday with intermittent or non existent service. Everytime try to get an answer from 3 get knocked off the page with error code.

Unfortunately I think you’ll find they’ll refer you to the terms and conditions whereby it says that service can’t be guaranteed to be fault free and use of the service implies acceptance. That said there’s no harm in asking.

I find that strange. You’re definitely in a minority. Call Three customer service from another phone on 03333381001. It’ll be time better spent instead of corresponding on a public forum which incidentally has no access to your account.

Hi everyone,
Following an issue with our voice and text services yesterday, service has now been restored for the majority of our customers. If anyone is still having issues, they should restart their device which should reconnect them to our network. We apologise sincerely for the issues yesterday.

Day 2 of not being able to make or receive calls. I’ve just renewed my contract as well! Three you have made near to no effort to keep customers updated . Disgrace!!! Anyone else still down day 2? Kent area.

Gateshead area, no calls or sms, which is slightly ironic as I can’t set up my new account as they need to send me an sms to confirm my number. Only switched over yesterday….. 🙄

Despite what Three has posted publicly and online, Voice Calls are STILL NOT WORKING AT ALL.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
ZERO REASON OR EXPLANATION
ZERO HELP FROM ONLINE ASSISTANT in MyThree which also doesnt appear to be working either.
