i noticed in a different area i could make a call but when home could not. I can make calls now and tried a reboot earlier on the phone just in case.

I still can’t ring out or receive calls on my phone and tried to fill out complaint form lots of times, but it won’t let me submit it….this is ridiculous

As of now (2032;25/06/2025) my service is restored and that’s obviously good. I’ve been with Three both on payg and for the last three years on contract and I do wonder why my network has more outages than others. I don’t mind the occasional blip;crap happens,we all know that and I ignore all the noise and bandwagon jumping on this forum. But really speaking after a number of outages exceeding 12 hours over the last ten months,any reasonable person would question the reliability of the network. This latest outage has nothing (I believe) to do with the merger as the noisy bandwaggers would suggest,in some cases to enable them to add to their moaning platforms and gain traction to their compensation claims. But if the long term reliability drops much further,genuine everyday customers will start to question if it’s a network they can trust. And that;would be a shame.

I can now call on my phone but my boyfriend left me a voicemail when we was having calling out/in issues and his voicemail is not in my voicemail box so I am now not happy that my voicemail are not there so now I don’t know if the hospital has tried to call me or even left a voicemail as I am being referred and if I have missed this and I get taken off the list I will not be happy and I will take this further

Update!!! After fighting with the chat bot I got my Samsung s20+ working again by reseting network
This is what the real person on chat chat told me to try,

This has been an object lesson in how NOT to deal with customers in an emergency - which for many it has been. The disdain, the refusal to admit problems, the downplaying of it, the lack of reliable information and updates all day, and the truly pathetic 'advice' to use a messaging app, as if everything is fine and dandy. Every single thing they have done is an abysmal lack of care and concern for the people who pay their wages. They are so utterly uninterested in their customer's experiences and their livelihoods it is truly astonishing. Goodbye you useless bunch of anonymous nobodies who cannot run a phone network, but play the stockmarket with your mergers, big bonuses and share options.
