Calls in Australia

KenC
Fledgling

A new customer, I bought the 16GB Data Pack, with Go Roam and I have activated, ported my number and set auto renewal. I arrived in Australia yesterday. I can call UK numbers, receive messages and texts and use my data allowance. What I CAN'T do is call any Australian numbers, whether or not I include the international code.

Can you advise, please?

Hello, KenC.

Welcome to the Three Community.

Calling a number in Australia would be classed as an international call even while you're there.
Calling an Australian number while in Australia costs £1.40 per minute. You'll need to have credit on the account in order to do that.

You can find out more specifics about Roaming in Australia here.

Pete.
