I want to cancel my contract so I can make a new account and get a new contract, but I can't login due to to a forgotten password, no way of accessing the email it's connected to and being unable to reset the password using the three number because the admin page doesn't exist. Is there any way of doing this?

This sounds really frustrating, I'll do my best to help. With no access to the email or password, it sounds like you won't be able to do this through the self service options on My3. I'll PM you with some more info on how to get this sorted out.
